“Angels among Us”
A lot of people think angels are spiritual make believe and some think that they only play baseball in California. However, the bible tells us that angels play an active role in our past, present, and future. I can’t say I have ever seen an angel; however, in Hebrews 13:2 the author indicates we might come upon angels unaware.
Hebrews 13:2
Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.
There is scripture in Psalm 91 that I take great comfort in. God puts angels over us to guard us.
Psalm 91:11-12
11 For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; 12 they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
As a husband, dad, and papa, I pray to God daily, asking Him to put His angels around my family to guard us. I know today my little grandchildren have angels watching over them. As a papa I take comfort in that.
