“God Will Lift Us Up”

Sometimes as believers we can hurt and ache in our hearts for things in our life that we worry about that causes us great heartache. It could be something different for each one of us. It could be a loss of a loved one, troubles in your marriage, job issues, health problems, or a child moving away.

Our Father in Heaven doesn’t want us to live with fear, loneliness, or worry. He knows that this can be a hinderance to our faith and our Christian walk. These things can bleed over and affect other areas of our life.

Faith is a journey, and for every step forward sometimes we take two steps back. At times we slip and stumble in our faith. But God’s grace picks us up, restores us, refreshes us and sets us back on the path of growing our faith. We can rest in the freedom of knowing God’s love is a love that sets us free.

God knows exactly what we are dealing with, and His love is greater than anything we face in life. He can give peace beyond all understanding; He holds nothing back when it comes to restoring us. This strengthens our faith, which in turn gives us courage, confidence, and strength. We can live in that freedom, full of gratitude to our Lord and Savior.

Isaiah 41:10

So do not fear, for I am with you, do not be dismayed, for I am your God.

I will strengthen you and help you.

I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
