“Having Confidence in God”
We often put value on wealth, education, and reputation. A lot of times we put our self-esteem on how we look; what we have; or how popular we are. This is great for marketing things, but it doesn’t align with how God views things.
In Proverbs 3:26 (ESV)
for the LORD will be your confidence and will keep your foot from being caught.
When we put our confidence in God and seek Him for guidance in life, we will find many good things.
Wisdom -- in Proverbs 3:35 The wise inherit honor,
Peace – comes in having a right relationship with God.
Love – we become better people when we allow God to guide us.
Intimacy – The more we nurture our relationship with God, the closer we become with God.
Humility – We can be humble yet have confidence in our position with God.
We can’t go wrong when we keep our focus on God and put our confidence in Him.
