“Keep Your Faith in God”

In tough times my faith has seen me through. There have been times when fear had crept in, but faith helped me overcome the fear. There have been times when I started to doubt, but faith removed my doubt. There have been times of uncertainty, but my faith in God’s Sovereignty removed my uncertainty.

Faith can be hard to put into words, it is one of those things that is best understood by experiencing it. My faith tells me God has forgiven me, it also tells me God loves me and has a plan for my future. My faith also tells me that no matter how many times I stumble in my walk that God is there to pick me up and walk besides me.

Some of my colleagues have told me that my faith is a crutch. Jesus faced opposition from the established religious crowd of His time, but thank God, He didn’t give up. We need to keep walking in faith. Do not give up trusting in God.

Hebrews 12:3 (NIV)

3 Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

If you are struggling in your faith. If you once were close to God but have drifted over the years. Now is the time to draw back closer to God.

James 4:8 (NIV)

8 Come near to God and he will come near to you.
