The Abundant Life
John 10:10
10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came so that they would have life and have it abundantly.
Seek first the salvation that is available through Jesus Christ then claim the joy, peace, and the spiritual abundance that the Shepherd offers His sheep. God loved us so much that He sent Jesus to die on the cross for our sins. He also wants us to experience a life that is full of peace, and life that is abundant and eternal.
God has promised that He will supply all you need, so you have plenty to share with others. Jesus died for our sins, but there is so much more that He wants us to experience. There is a joy we can get in sharing God’s love with others. Sharing takes many different forms that we all can participate in. It can be words of encouragement, dropping a card to someone, provide a meal to someone, helping someone with groceries and there is so much more we can do. Right now, there are so many needs within our communities that we can share because of what God did for us.
2 Corinthians 9:8 (NLT)
8 And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others.
The Word of God tells us that being a Christian is not only great when our time on earth is over, but it is a wonderful way to live. God wants us to experience a life that is abundant.
